In memory of Carol's graciousness to others and her love for artistic expression.

Marsha Purcell

HARK member Marsha Purcell passed away on October 10, her birthday, of complications from COVID.

Marsha was an an early member of HARK. She helped founder Karen Sweeney establish and grow the organization and served a term as President.

A talented artist herself, Marsha volunteered for the HARK CHLA workshops, staffed the HARK arts sales booths at the Beverly Hills Art Fairs, and supported HARK's annual fundraisers in many different roles.

She had a big, big heart which enabled her to work and communicate well with the young patients and their families at CHLA.

Marsha was extraordinarily loving, caring and generous.  She will be deeply missed by her many, many friends.

Dr. Mary and Mr. John Sippell

Christian Myles Pratt

This donation is in memory of my son Christian Myles Pratt who passed away on 9/12/18. Christian spent a lot of time at CHLA as an infant and young child due to an ongoing medical condition. Art was his happy place, his place of solace. He became a very talented artist and always strived for perfection in his work. His artistic talent and artwork will live on forever. We hope this donation will help heal and bring hope to the children of CHLA. With love, Rakeia Pratt, Christian’s mother.
